This article forms part of a series of publications under SIRCLES project to support circular economy opportunities for employment and social inclusion in our partner territories Palestine, Lebanon, Spain, Tunisia, Italy, Greece, and Jordan.
1. Apply climate-smart practices to rationalize the use of chemical fertilizers and use of organic fertilizers to reduce soil pollution and increase the percentage of organic matter in the soil.
2. Training farmers on sustainable soil management and irrigation in line with climatic changes.
3. Providing farmers with field equipment to monitor the soil salinity and nutrients.
